Piccola torrefazione all’interno di una grande impresa ”Edo Quarta specialty coffee” è una linea di caffè monorigine creata da Edoardo Quarta che insieme al fratello Gaetano hanno deciso di offrire ai clienti un prodotto nuovo, il caffè da degustazione.
Edoardo cura personalmente tutta la filiera di produzione dall’acquisto delle pregiate monorigini, alla tostatura, all’assaggio fino al confezionamento. Creati grazie ad un’instancabile passione e dedizione “Edo Quarta specialty coffee” sono prodotti rispettando i parametri d’assaggio internazionali SCAE, per mantenere e migliorarne sempre di più la qualità, alla ricerca del caffè perfetto.
